炭点前で使った香合ですが、ギリシャ製のものを見立てで使っています。羊年に丁度良いですね。

This is ko’ugo’u used for sumidema’e.  It was made in Greece, and used as ko’ugo’u.  Perfect for the Year of the Sheep.

Sweets called “miyakodori” (Eurasian oystercatcher) made of meringue.  You can see more photographs on the store’s Web site.

ひとつひとつ丁寧に包まれていました。

Each was carefully wrapped individually.
