(1部) 和菓子作りを体験!(講師は三野宮貞子さんです。)「季節のお菓子」をご紹介します。紅白梅(型抜き);雪(きんとん);雪間草(茶巾しぼり);バレンタインズデー(きんとん)。以上から2つほど選んで頂きお作り頂きます。
(2部) 作りたての和菓子を抹茶でいただきま~す!

(Part 1) Make your own Japanese sweets! ~ Instructed by Ms. Teiko Sannomiya.  Learn how to make “Seasonal Sweets”: Red/White Plum Blossoms (with molds); Snowflakes (black bean paste with flakes); Grass Peeking through the Snow (hand squeezed with linen cloth); Valentine (black bean paste with flakes/heart).  Choose 2 of the above to make in class.
(Part 2) Enjoy freshly-made sweets with Japanese green tea (matcha)!
